Our Support Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., PST. To help us resolve your support issue as quickly as possible, here is the type of information that really helps us:

  • Description of the problem or error message
  • What you were doing (or attempting to do) when the problem or error occurred
  • What module, screen or window you were in when the problem occurred
  • If you have attempted to fix the issue, what you tried and the results
  • Has the problem or error happened before
  • Have you ever tried the task that caused the problem before
  • Does it or did it happen to other users
  • Does it or did it happen at other workstations

Along with the information listed above, a screen shot of the error and screen shot is always very helpful.
